Avoid duplicate POSTs with REST


  1. Conditional POST, client create guid and server check if the guid already exists or not. if not, create an entry. if yes send 409 error.
  2. Change POST to PUT. merge/save or update the latest data
  3. Client Get content, if not Exist Post.
